Hi, thanks for your interest in our timeline! The reason that Rebels is split into episodes rather than seasons is simply due to the fact there are other stories (comics, short stories, junior books) that take place between the episodes.

If we get stories in the future that specifically happen between episodes of Mando or BoBF then we will split those seasons into episodes too to allow us to keep our timeline accurate.
