For the Legends books, there is both the timeline and the "Star Wars Books in Chronological Order" page. I find the latter much easier to read. I used this list to create labels for each book I own citing its era (ex: Rise of Empire) and number in that era. I realize that the numbering for Canon books is constantly changing due to the publication of new novels, but I would like a simplified list of Canon books in chronological order. I find the timeline page visually more challenging to read and navigate than the simple chronological list.
